   Mary, I did get a letter, but Hunter didn't mention Jeff . I know they had 4 hours free time on Monday because of the holiday. Maybe it just takes an extra day for your mail to arrive.He talked very little about the qualifying. He passed but wasn't pleased with his scores. Something about bringing it up on the table two-whatever that means. I will be waiting to hear how Jeff did. Many prayers have been lifted for him here. Hang in there-I cried when I read Hunter's letter. The stress of waiting is overwhelming!

   I am glad to hear from you. I had a returned post and hoped mine to you had gone through. I look forward to meeting you too. Time isn't as hard as it was the first 3 weeks. I think it's because I'm able to write now. Time still seems to be at a crawl though! I wrote and told Hunter we had met and to let Jeff know we were corresponding. I told him to make Jeff feel a part of the platoon. I have them in my prayers for the rifle qualification Friday. Did you read breadbakers (I think that's her name)post on our platoon site? It was moving! I hope you have a blessed evening. Candi

   Hi Mary, As far as I know, and what I have told others is that you can pray in any manner or environment that you feel most comfortable. I personally plan on making my time a very private time in his room which awaits him upon his return. Hope this helps. Marline

   Oh Mary I am so sorry! I was so looking forward to meeting you and your family! I am a firm believer in everything happening for a reason! I will keep your son in my prayers. Thanks so much for informing me. I will be thinking about you come november! Sorry you have to be away from your baby a few weeks longer. :) I will give you all my tips from Graduation/Family Day! :) Take care. Ohh- What PLT is he in now?    They ARE rackmates. That is the name Hunter wrote in the letter I got Sat. I went running to my husband telling him I thought they were. I am happy to know you consider Jeff a fine young man because you will understand that when I say Hunter is too. He said the two from Quebec Co. didn't qualify. I hope they notify you soon. I didn't want to mention that at the time. Hunter is experienced with shooting and that is a plus for Jeff. Maybe Hunter can help him. Hunter is also very positive about being a Marine and maybe that will boost Jeff's spirits. I feel God is in this situation. How else would we have "accidentally" met with there being sooo many reruits in this platoon! I will pray they form a frienship quickly!

   Hi Candi. Wow, I am so excited that our boys are rackmates. I'm sorry I didn't reply sooner. I just noticed your message tonight. I'm still not sure what Jeff had trouble with but maybe he will pick up some pointers from Hunter. Jeff has never shot a gun/rifle in his life before now. It's funny but I still haven't heard from anyone at PI about his transfer and his recruiter said he still hasn't heard anything yet but now with your confirmation, I know he's there. LOL He didn't sound too down in his letter yesterday and I hope I get another one tomorrow. Let me know if you hear any news. (I'm getting so excited. I can't wait to meet you)

    yes that is weird. I have always used PO Box 13503 and from what I can tell Tyler is getting my letters, and the packages. LOL
